TCT HM AND CERMET CIRCULAR SAWBLADES

Julia offers an extensive selection of TCT saw blades crafted from Carbide and Cermet, tailored to diverse customer applications. The Hard Metal (HM) variant is created by synthesizing tungsten carbide dust, titanium, and tantalum, combined with cobalt dust as a bindin agent. These meticulously mixed materials undergo a high-temperature process at 1500 celcius and are then pressed to form ultra-thin molecules, resulting in a seamless, solid structure. HM blades are distinguished by their exceptional hardness and wear resistance, which remain intact even under the most challenging and high-temperature operating conditions.

Cermet is a special product obtained through synthesizing ceramic dust, silicon carbides and metal oxides which are resistant to the highest temperatures, such as: chrome, cobalt, nickel, titanium, aluminium and tungsten. Cermet is a material with a hardness between silicon carbide and diamond. It is very resistant to high cutting temperatures and is able to withstand extremely high machining rates. Cermet generates an excellent surface finish on the cut material and an extra-long tool life.

TCT HM P.V.D. Coated The circular saw blade faces an industry-wide challenge in dealing with the removal of welding residue within pipes, a factor that significantly impacts cutting performance and, consequently, blade longevity. This issue leads to a reduced lifespan of the circular saw blade due to carbide tip damage, particularly affecting standard TCT saw blades .

Jointek Intruder features a distinct tooth geometry, reinforced design, and special tooth form to ensure its durability during heavy-duty cutting cycles. even in the presence of abrupt bumps and continuous welded pipes.
