Our saw blades are meticulously crafted from premium materials, such as chrome-vanadium steel (80CrV2 or 1.2235). Our comprehensive range covers all dimensions and is fully compatible with the most commonly used machines employing friction cutting technology, such as Fives Oto. These high-performance friction saw blades operate at exceptionally high RPM, generating elevated temperatures in the cutting area, which render the material pilable, facilitating efficient cutting. Cutting is conducted in a dry environment, and the blade is cooled only after the cutting process, ensuring extended blade lifespan through this lubrication process.
